General terms applying to the use of the store and to purchases made through All One Brand.

Scope

These terms govern website browsing, product purchases and the commercial relationship between the customer and All One Brand.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms together with the privacy, cookie, shipping, payment and returns policies.

Collections may be produced in limited runs. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a solution or refund.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.

Your order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email. Keep your order number for any support request.

All One Brand may reject or cancel fraudulent, mistaken or impossible orders, or orders that breach these terms.

The product becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address provided.

Ownership transfers when All One Brand receives full payment.

EU consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase, except where legal exceptions apply.

Your statutory guarantee rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable EU consumer law.
