Information about payment methods, security and order confirmation.
Accepted methods
We accept card payments through Stripe, PayPal and direct bank transfer when available at checkout.
Payment is charged in euros. Total amount, taxes and shipping are shown before confirmation.
Payment security
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. All One Brand does not store full card details.
Strong customer authentication may apply when required by your bank or payment provider.
Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, the order may remain pending until payment is received.
Use the order number as reference and contact info@allonebrand.com if you need to send proof of payment or resolve any issue.
Confirmation and errors
If payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If payment fails, remains pending or appears duplicated, contact info@allonebrand.com before repeating the operation.
