Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 business days, except during demand peaks, pre-orders or stock incidents.

When your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive confirmation or tracking where the carrier provides it.

Destinations and coverage

We ship to Portugal, Spain, Europe and other destinations available at checkout.

Current zones include Spain, Switzerland, Europe and rest of world according to checkout coverage.

Costs and free shipping

Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.

As a reference, Spain may have free shipping from €25, Europe from €85, Switzerland from €100 and other destinations from €80, provided the active checkout conditions are met.

If several methods are available, checkout will show the applicable option according to address and cart.

Customs and incidents

For shipments outside the EU, the customer may be responsible for taxes, duties or customs procedures.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of incomplete details, absence or refusal, we will contact you to seek a reasonable solution.
